MOvie Overview:

The bay is a Leviathan looking to swallow the weak, where the rules become: “by any means necessary,”and corruption is deep rooted: Gang task forces, police, Prosecutors, Judges, Lawyers, and Drug lab specialists, who are sworn in to “protect and serve,” become exposed for their workings in furtherance of the government’s hidden agenda.

Born and raised in san francisco, California, Douglas Stepney, A.K.A Boobie, becomes public enemy #1. With his notorious associates, Big block gang, currently at war with their bloodthirsty and diabolical foes, facing their most difficult challenges; trying to break the monotony of being average thugs and drug dealers and become successful business men and execs.

At the pinnacle of his game, Boobie, learns his most valuable lesson of all- Loyalty! Facing life, he will end up serving 23 years in federal prison. While in prison, Boobie encounters some of the most sophisticated criminals and masterminds the ultimate plot of revenge. With his blood boiling with resentments, he says his final prayer behind bars.
